I'm going to spend this weekend visiting the anime convention I used to volunteer for. It's my first year in retirement, so I'm looking forward to seeing what they've done.
Bokashi composting
Gardening's not really my thing, but I'm going to take a crack at bokashi composting because I want to be able to deal with household food waste in a better way than just throwing it out as landfill. I like the concept and how it purports to work on a scale as restricted as the apartment, but will see how it plays out in execution.
